Christian Goldies
This name identifies a group of people (mostly retired) who meet once a month, usually on the first Wednesday, for food, fellowship, and fun. The gathering begins with a pot-luck luncheon at 11:30 am in the Fellowship Hall at Peace East. Food is followed by any one of a number of activities such as a themed party on one of the holidays, a visit to the botanical gardens, or a speaker/presenter on a topic of interest to those attending. The gatherings are open to people of all ages; anyone interested and available at the time the group meets.
