Attendance Recorders
The attendance recorder enters attendance information from worship
services and Christian education programs and processes that information
so it can be used to enhance the church’s ministries and personal touch
with all who enter our doors.

Kitchen Team
“The house of the Lord” is the place where Christians gather together to
worship God and to fellowship with each other. Those who attend our
church benefit through your concern and care for the property of the
congregation and its equipment, coupled with your specific skills.

Office Volunteers
The office assistant provides a variety of support services for the
church office as needed during normal business hours. For a complete

Newsletter Assembly
The church newsletter is a
communication arm to the congregation and others interested in the
activities and opportunities of our church. The entire congregation
benefits from the service provided by these volunteers.
Description of Duties
Assembly—Volunteers are needed to assist with the mailing of
the church newsletter. This entails collating, folding and sorting for
mailing.
Post Office Delivery—Volunteers are needed to take the newsletter
and other bulk mailings to the post office.

Rough Riders
The appearance of
the church grounds often makes the first impression on visitors to the
church. The church grounds team provides a wide variety of skills to
keep the church landscaping, lawn, and other non-building aspects of the
