For the safety of all children, please keep your children home if they are experiencing any of the following:
1. Fever: a body temperature of 101 or greater currently or during the last 24
hours.
2. Diarrhea: three or more water stools in a 24-hour period.
3. Vomiting: two or more occasions during the last 24 hours.
4. Rash: body rashes not associated with diapering, heat or allergic reaction.
5. Impetigo: must be more than 24 hours after the treatment is initiated.
If your children are on antibiotics, we ask that they have received treatment for 24 hours before coming to church.
Caregivers are not to administer any medication.
Caregivers are expected to follow the same health guidelines as the children.
Any children who become ill during their time in the nursery will be isolated from the others, and the parents or guardians will be contacted immediately.
It is our goal to provide your children with a nurturing, Christ-centered environment and age-appropriate activities to aid in building a strong spiritual foundation. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss them with the attendant on duty, and if you are not satisfied with the response, don't hesitate to contact a supervisor. We consider it a privilege to offer care to your little ones and pray that their time with us is a positive experience.
Your support of this ministry comes not only from allowing us to care for your children, but also through your volunteering as well. Our goal is to have one paid worker and one volunteer in the nursery during all services. Please consider volunteering one Sunday each quarter to get to know the other children and to convey to your own that you value what they are experiencing in the nursery by being a part of it.
