Food
Pantry Volunteer
The Peace
Lutheran Church Food Pantry assists over 400 families a month! Our Food
Pantry is run solely by the monetary donations, food donations, and time
of our volunteers. If you are interested in helping by either picking up
food from the NWA Food Bank, shopping for grocery items, assisting with
the distribution, or repackaging food items, please contact Susan Henke at
479-636-2140.
Greeters / Welcome Center Hosts
The purpose of the Greeters is to prepare the hearts of people and
welcome everyone with a smile and a warm handshake. Basic
responsibilities include assisting and greeting first time visitors to
make them feel welcome and comfortable as they arrive at church and
greeting and serving the regular attendees and members so as to prepare
them for worship with a sincere smile, a warm handshake, and a loving
hello. The purpose of the Welcome Center Hosts is to greet, collect contact
information, and distribute our gift to visitors immediately following
