Peace Wedding Checklist
As Soon As Possible...

Schedule date, place (PeaceEast or PeaceWest) and time for
wedding with the Pastor.
?
Schedule date and time for rehearsal/dinner with the Pastor.
?
Schedule dates and times for pre-marital counseling with the
Pastor.
?
Contact Wedding Coordinator with dates and times of wed-
ding and rehearsal dinner.
?
Contact Music Director if you would like organ music and/or
assistance selecting your wedding music.
?
Approve wedding music with the Pastor and Music Director.
?
Approve outside clergy with the Pastor, if applicable.
?
Arrange use of church decorating and reception items with
the Wedding Coordinator.
One to Two Weeks Before the Wedding…
?
Give wedding program information to the office staff and set
up an appointment with the Communications Administrator
to review program design and content, if applicable.
?
Inform Wedding Coordinator whether or not you’d like to
serve Holy Communion at your wedding ceremony.
?
Assign a relative or friend the task of collecting personal
items after the wedding, and give the name of that person to
the Wedding Coordinator.
