  It has already been suggested that you use the potential readings as a daily devotional as you prepare for your wedding. Additionally, we ask that you attend worship together on a weekly basis to begin or continue the practice of tithing as a spiritual discipline in preparation of your life together.   A well-planned wedding service is a positive beginning for a happy life together. We encourage you to plan carefully and prayerfully.  Any issue not covered in this manual is to be resolved at the discretion of the officiating Pastor.

given to the wedding coordinator at the rehearsal so that
appropriate follow-through may take place. 
Receptions
You are welcome to use our Fellowship Hall for your reception.
Our Reception Coordinator will be present for set-up, reception,
and clean-up. Parties using the facilities are responsible for all
damage and breakage. If you desire the pastor to attend special
dinners or receptions, please remember to send an invitation.
The use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited at the church or on
the grounds, with the exception of communion wine. 
Smoking is prohibited in all areas indoors. Please ask your guests
to respect this rule and to smoke only outside the Fellowship
Hall and use the ash containers provided.

* The check for the Wedding Coordinator, Reception
Coordinator, audio control, fellowship hall custodial fees, and
breakage deposit should be made payable to Peace Lutheran
Church. The Wedding Coordinator will collect all fees at the
rehearsal. The breakage deposit will be returned in the week
following the wedding if there are no problems. 
**The fees for the Pastor and Staff Soloist are not required for
members. Separate checks should be addressed directly to the
individuals.
