trays that hold the wine or juice cups, and set up the font for Baptism.

the church office.
Audio/Visual
RAVE: Radical Audio/Visual Expressions
In this day of ever-changing technology, Peace is excited to be on the
cutting edge of audio/visual usage. We are always in need of patient,
caring individuals who are willing to work behind the scenes in the
ministries of sound and visual media. Using these methods cuts down on
the use of paper and enhances worship for the hard of hearing.
Audio/Visual media also give those "computer people" an opportunity
for creativity in production of worship. For more information, contact
Amy Talbert.
Communion Assistants
Sharing in communion is one of only two
sacraments that Jesus asks us to do in remembrance of Him. The other is
Baptism. Our great Father, like any parent caring for his children,
ensures that we are fed and bathed through these sacraments. Communion
Assistants share with like believers the bread and wine which are a
"means of grace." In order for our church family to share in these holy
events, we need many behind the scenes volunteers.
Communion at PeaceEast is served by the presiding pastor and lay worship
assistants. PeaceEast communion is served on the first and third
weekends of the month. PeaceWest
communion is served on second and fourth weekends of the month. On the fifth weekend of the month, no communion is served. Communion is served by the presiding pastor and lay worship assistants.

make them feel welcome and comfortable as they arrive at church and
greeting and serving the regular attendees and members so as to prepare
them for worship with a sincere smile, a warm handshake, and a loving
hello. The purpose of the Welcome Center Hosts is to greet, collect contact
information, and distribute our gift to visitors immediately following
services. For a complete list of
